《Bad Guy》的MV由戴夫·迈尔斯执导，比莉·艾利什亲自负责剪辑，于2019年3月29日随单曲同日发布。MV的开头为专辑《When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?》开篇曲《!!!!!!!》的音频，比莉·艾利什把牙套取下来时的声音录制了进去。随后，她从黄色背景墙里出现，把牙套放在了一个男人手上，然后MV正式开始。MV中出现不同类形的男士，有穿西装样子严肃的型男，有拥有“大肚腩”的肥胖中年男，比莉·艾利什跳着奇怪的舞步，又在地毯上“无厘头”地转圈，一改她过往以黑暗悬疑为中心的MV。在MV的最后，比莉·艾利什坐在一个男人的背上，那个男人随着结尾伴奏做俯卧撑。
