词汇板块：（注：里面会有英语和中文释译，我的建议是请大家注重理解英语释译，去感受英语词汇，把中文当成更好更快理解的工具，而不是直接只记住中文的释译，这样的话可以更好的培养英语思维）英语解释大部分来自朗文词典。
1.hamstring：名词（noun）
英语解释：a tendon behind your knee, which sometimes gets injured when you do sport
中文解释：腘绳肌腱，腘旁腱
例子：He pulled a hamstring in training.
他训练时拉伤了腘绳肌腱。
2.ovation：名词（noun）
英语解释：if a group of people give someone an ovation, they clap to show approval
中文解释：〔以鼓掌表示的〕赞同，欢迎
例子：Yaya Toure is getting a standing ovation.

3.injury：名词（noun）
英语解释：a wound or damage to part of your body caused by an accident or attack
中文解释：〔身体上的〕伤，损害
例子：Tevez get injuried in this game.
特维斯在这场比赛中受伤了。
4.warm-up：名词（noun）
英语解释：a set of gentle exercises you do to prepare your body for sport, dancing etc
中文解释：〔运动、跳舞等前做的〕热身运动，准备活动
5.relegate：动词（verb）
英语解释：British English if a sports team is relegated, it is moved into a lower division
中文解释：将〔运动队〕降级
例子：This team was relegated last year.
这支队伍去年降级了。
6.title：名词（noun）
英语解释：the position of being the winner of an important sports competition
中文解释：〔重大体育比赛中的〕冠军
例子：Premier League title：英超冠军的意思
9.nil：名词（noun）
英语解释：nothing
中文意思：无；零
例子： MC seven MU nil
意思就是曼城7比0曼联（狗头）
10.reckon：动词（verb）
英语解释：spoken to think or suppose something
中文解释：认为，以为
例子：Do you reckon he’ll agree to see us?
你认为他会同意见我们吗？
11.roll up your sleeves：就是撸起袖子加油干的意思
12.counterattack：名词（noun）
英语解释：an attack you make against someone who has attacked you, in a war, sport, or argument
中文解释：反攻，反击
13.script：名词（noun）
英语解释：the written form of a speech, play, film etc
中文解释：〔演讲的〕原稿，讲稿；〔戏剧、电影等的〕剧本
例子：a football script

14.pan：动词（verb）
英语解释： if a film or television camera pans in a particular direction, it moves in that direction and follows the thing that is being filmed
中文解释：〔拍摄电影或电视时摄影机〕摇摄，摇动拍摄
例子：The camera panned slowly across the crowd.
摄影机镜头慢慢扫过人群。
15.momentum：名词（noun）
英语解释：the ability to keep increasing, developing, or being more successful
中文解释：动力，势头
16.galvanize：动词（verb）
英语解释：to shock or surprise someone so that they do something to solve a problem, improve a situation etc
中文解释：激励，刺激〔某人〕
例子：That goal really galvanize us.

17.penalty area：名词词组
英语解释：the area in front of the goal in football. The team opposing you is given a penalty if you break a rule there.
中文解释：〔足球的〕罚球区，禁区
18.spot：动词（verb）
英语解释：to notice someone or something, especially when they are difficult to see or recognize
中文解释：发现；注意到；看出，认出
例子：The assistant has spotted the incident.
视频中就是助理裁判已经注意到了这次犯规的意思。
19.foul：动词（verb）
英语解释：if a sports player fouls another player, they do something that is not allowed by the rules
中文解释：〔运动员〕对…犯规
例子：He fouled me.
他对我犯规了。
20.be sent off：是被罚下的意思
例子：Zidane was sent off.

21.lash out：
英语解释：to suddenly speak angrily to someone or criticize someone angrily
中文解释：猛烈抨击，痛斥
例子：Olson lashed out at the media.
奥尔森痛斥媒体。
22.retaliate：动词（verb）
英语解释：to do something bad to someone because they have done something bad to you
中文解释：报复，反击
23.altercation：名词（noun）
英语解释：a short noisy argument
中文解释：争辩，争吵
例子：They became involved in an altercation.
他们争辩了起来。
24.ego：名词（noun）
英语解释：the opinion that you have about yourself
中文解释：自我，自我意识
例句：Tevez has the biggest ego (=thinks he is very clever and important) of anyone I’ve ever met.

25.unjust：形容词（adj）
英语解释：not fair or reasonable
中文解释：不公平的，不公正的；不合理的
例子：an unjust sentence

26.escort：动词（verb）
英语解释： to take someone somewhere, especially when you are protecting or guarding them
中文解释：护送，护卫
例子：escort him off the pitch

27.sub：名词（noun）
英语解释：a substitute in sports such as football
中文解释：〔足球等体育运动的〕替补队员
28.chaos：名词（noun）
英语解释：a situation in which everything is happening in a confused way and nothing is organized or arranged in order
中文解释：大混乱；紊乱；无秩序状态
29.sideline：名词（noun）
英语解释：the area just outside the lines that form the edge of a sports field
中文解释：〔球场等的〕界外区域，场外
例子：Wenger stood on the sidelines shouting instructions.
